P250.00 Grill-All-You-Can at The Project Grill, Marisol, Angeles City

I wasn't expecting much (which is very usual to me) to this Grill-All-You-Can buffet of this resto. It was open few months ago so, there are no reviews and so few Instagram post. (Pressure sa reviews, Might affect their business). I will try my best to make this review based on my taste buds. I think it is just common barbecue grill in town, what make it just so special is, It was UNLIMITED!!

My AGOS Co-Volunteers invited me to a Friday night-out at The Project Grill. Tim made a reservation (0917-5081-806) just to make sure we can guarantee seats as the resto is very small and can only accommodate few groups of people. It was a hectic friday night as I have prior commitments before this Grill-All-You-Can.

How to Get There?
From Angeles City,
Ride any C-Point Holy Highway(Blue) or C-Point Balibago(Gray) and get down at Brgy. Ninoy Aquino or Marisol.

From Dau Terminal
Ride any of the jeep going to Astro Park then Ride any of the C-Point Balibago(Gray) or C-Point Highway (Blue).

So from the point you will be drop by the jeep, walk towards The Generic Pharmacy and just beside the Pharmacy is the Project Grill.

Note: Angeles City has color-coded jeepneys. Those who are in green color (Marisol - Pampang) tho they were called Marisol, they do not pass by in Brgy. Ninoy Aquino.
Tip: Magtanong na lang kayo pano pumunta ng Brgy Ninoy Aquino Haha

Ayan na, Since wala pa siya sa Google Maps.
How Much:
P250.00 Grill-All-You-Can with rice and salad, Unlimited and No Time Limit. (So, after niyo kumain, pwede pa mag inuman still, uunlimited pa rin)
P240.00 A bucket of beer (I'm not sure with this. You might want to confirm to the owner. Pero yan ang binayaran nmn sa Bill)

Since they went here at 6:00pm (too early for a dinner) they were given a seat near the buffet table and it was so perfect. Kahit na wala siyang tube! Haha

The Buffet Table..

The Menu..

Everything went good. The Hotdog, Squid Ball, Longganisa and Tocino are very common in Pampanga. The marinated barbecue is okay, worth the 250 peso prize. I just hope they can improve more on the taste of the chicken. I didn't say its not good, what I want to say is to improve. Don't have any idea on marinated-thing on what they can do, maybe they can marinate it more longer so that the chicken will absorb the seasoning. Yes, they were good but not the best I've ever had. I wish they will add MOREEE on their menu. Dagdagan pa nila ng madami pang barbecue at FISH or SEA FOOD.

The barbecue sauce is a bit disappointing, hope they can improve more with this. Because it really affect the taste of the barbecue. (No offense, pero mas masarap pa ang sauce ng mga nagtitinda sa daan GRABE NAMAN AKO! OA LANG Haha) However the vinegar came as a surprise. It was indeed a special vinegar much better than their sauce. Yung barbecue sauce kase ng Jun-jun's ang standard ko, eh mataas talaga yun.

Please don't take it against me or the blog. Haha.

Sabi ng friends ko, Good addition daw kung may dessert na mallows parang smores after ng grill-grill. Haha

Hey, P250.00 is so worth your money. Imagine it was unlimited. Eat all you can. Kain tas inom so, it is so perfect diba? What more special with this is, They use real charcoal not the electronic grill No, you don't need to do the traditional paypay. No need. You will grill your own at you own table.

They also use, Tilted V-shaped grills.. collects meat drippings and allows you to BASTE MEAT in its own juices throughout the grilling process or reserve them for sauces! (c) The Project Grill FB Page

The staff are accommodating with our request, even the time I arrive they asked me if for how many persons.

It is a must visit place in Angeles City. I know you are tired of the usual Samgyupsal Grill-All-You-Can. This can be a good alternative to your hungry appetite. Haha .
